We are a young but highly experienced Company, 100% Colombian and with high sense of socio-environmental responsibility fully committed with the Colombian coffee growers and Colombian Fields, eager to bring the excellence of our land’s coffee to the world in the best varieties and with different origin. Our commitment is to carefully select coffees and by-products that keep the name of our Colombian denomination in a high position, and export them to the world in compliance with the regulations of the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia.

Our Mission is to bring to the World the Excellence and experience of the Colombian Coffee through the export of Sublime, Roasted Coffee and Coffee by-products of the best quality; with different origins and the best varieties, selecting carefully that they are adapted not only to the needs of our customers, but also to the high level requirements of the National Federation of Coffee Growers, thus having the support of a Country with a Coffee vocation such as Colombia.

By 2030, El Cafetal Colombiano SAS will be recognized in Colombia and in the most relevant International markets, as one of the Coffee Exporters with best business background and great socio-environmental responsibility. Operations Manager
Agricultural Engineer graduated from the University of Tolima, Colombia. Specialist in the production of differentiated coffees and implementation of precision agriculture techniques, applicable in projects that seek to be of high social impact and responsible with the environment.
14 years of work experience in different agricultural fields, 12 of them in the coffee sector as: Extensionist of the National Federation of Coffee Growers of Colombia; Technical, Administrative and Commercial advice of Multinational companies, Technical Commercial Promoter, Consultant in the production of special coffees and exports.
Oscar Javier is roaster, taster and also an amateur barista with training in Q PROCESSING for the creation of new sensory profiles. He describes himself as a spiritual man, passionate about the Colombian fields, with a proactive approach, a resilient attitude and a constant learner in the development of Coffee production and marketing.

Sales and Commercial Manager
Graduated in Foreign Languages and International Business from the University of Tolima, Colombia. MBA from EGEU Business School. 16 years of work experience, 14 of them in the field of International Business and Foreign Trade.
She was Commercial Manager and CCO for a Freight Forwarder in Chile for almost 10 year. Has extensive experience in the capacitation and development of commercial teams and is constantly participating in Conferences and Business Fairs around the world, developing great Networking skills.
Andrea describes herself as a woman with a holistic vision, with a creative and proactive attitude, multidisciplinary and bilingual training. She openly declares herself a wanderlust, in love with God and with cultural differences that allow her through her job, to share some of Colombia with the rest of the world.
